SR. SYSTEMS ENGINEER
The Sr. Systems Engineer responsibilities will include, generating engineering design documents (design review documents, pre-build/as built documentation, training, operation & maintenance documentation, etc.), calculating link budgets, writing proposals, creating presentations, generating bill of materials, supporting marketing, supporting system integration and implementation of turnkey systems as well as interface with the R&D department. Some travel will be required.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • B.S. in Engineering required, MS Preferred
  • 10+ years experience in SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY
  • Experience with Link Budgets, Frame Relay, IP''s and TDMA
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
  • Experience Generating RFP''s and RFI''s desirable

SALES MANAGER, ASIA PACIFIC
AAE is looking for a Sales Professional to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in both domestic and international markets. The position will be based in-house in our Sunnyvale headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Establishing and managing sales channels
  • Implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan for our systems which offer complete services and solutions
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of company products
  • Generating proposals, presentations and marketing material will also be an essential function of the job
  • Travel will be required as well as attending tradeshows
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred
  • 7+ years generating sales revenues for corporations in the Asia Pacific Market
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling hi-tech wireless communications technologies (satellite, microwave, etc)
  • Knowledge of Satellite, TDMA, Wi-Fi/WiMax communications technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
